NaNoWriMo Eve

‘Twas the night before NaNoWriMo, when all through the ’net

Not an official word was typed, not even a caret

The outlines were scattered through Dropbox and the cloud

In hopes that a 50k word count would make them so proud

The writers were anxious and awake in their beds

While visions of lost willpower danced in their heads.

I’m trying my hand at NaNoWriMo again, albeit with much less COVID related downtime.

Hoping that the slightly better planning and friend commitment this time around will help me get across the finish line!
